Responsible for the day to day operations of the facility to include: establishing and meeting the budget and financial goals, implementing a strategic plan to include marketing initiatives and staff training, acts as the liaison to other revenue centers on property and professionally represents the facility. Also responsible for leading and motivating staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations Develop and maintain facility maintenance SOPs and checklists. Analyzed various financial and operating reports to determine where the Spa is trending relative to budgeted projections, cost containment and payroll administration. Create training manuals and (SOPs), Spa Bible for both the Front Desk Associate and Spa Therapist. Utilized SpaBooker System to maintain a monthly inventory of supplies, equipment, products and payroll management. Create team of service providers to meet all aspect of professionalism and service demands. Maintain a fully staffed facility by recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training all staff to ensure strategic staff fit and continuity. Ensure compliance with all state licensing and health requirements. Develop and choreograph service treatments to enhance Spa appeal/production and cross train therapist for ongoing development and skill base growth. Ensure that financial goals are attained by developing and implementing a retail sales plan. Establish service and retail goals for staff and provide guidelines on how to achieve them. Organized all special events and monthly specials to introduce spa to hotel guests. Provide reservation procedures using SpaBooker and manual reservation system. Aquatics Director Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate all aquatic staff. Develop, track and control the department budget in accordance with hotel guidelines.
